A Long Beach Shop Built on Straight Answers
We're Advance Tire & Muffler, a neighborhood exhaust and tire shop on East Pacific Coast Highway in Long Beach. Customers tell the same story again and again: honest work, fair prices, and no upselling, just the repair your car actually needs.
Our crew, John, Darren, George, and the rest of the team, handles everything from muffler and catalytic converter replacements to complete custom exhaust systems, including performance cat-backs and classic cars. One reviewer put it best: high quality work that looks factory installed.

What customers say
“They did an excellent job and also repaired the stripped manifold studs that the last mechanic gifted me at no extra charge. I will take any vehicle of mine there anytime. High quality work that looks factory installed.”
“Been going to them for years and they've been the community for decades. Great service always. I just got a new catalytic converter and muffler from them on my Cadillac and they did a complete exhaust system on my 1963 Chevy Impala.”
“Your shop is the place to be if people want honest hard work and not a shop trying to rip somebody off. If you're really looking for a muffler shop, this is the one to go to.”
